Race for Cure

MES Supports Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure for the Four Consecutive Years

“Be bold. Be fearless. Be more than pink.” MES is very glad to support breast cancer patients and survivors in 2018 Komen Columbus Race for the Cure on May 19th. This important annual event raises significant funds for the breast cancer movement, and the funds will be used on helping women with no insurance get the treatment they need, funding scientific research that finds the cures and making a world without breast cancer one day. This is the fourth time of MES’s participating, we feel honored to be a part of the event to support these women to beat their fears and keep hopes alive. “Small contributions turn into big changes”, MES has contributed to more than 40 different charities and organizations globally in the past ten years, and we are looking forward to helping more people and making more good causes in the future. MES CPO Heena Shah was Invited as One of the Panelists at the 2018 Ohio SHRM Employment Law + Legislative Conference

MES CPO Heena Shah joined the panel discussion and gave a speech of “Hiring a Global Workforce – Issues Affecting U.S. Immigration” on May 16th, 2018, invited by the Ohio SHRM State Council. More than 200 HR professionals from Ohio and other regions attended the conference. During the meeting, the council gave an overview of current law and statistics related to immigration in Ohio; updated attendees on SHRM’s position on immigration reform and current efforts underway in Congress; and gave attendees a real-world perspective from a business owner on the importance of immigration and resolving issues to address future workforce needs. Hiten Shah and Heena Shah from MES were honored to be Invited to the International Awards Ceremony by CCWA

On May 3rd, 2018, Columbus Council on World Affairs (CCWA) invited Hiten Shah and Heena Shah to attend its 2018 International Awards Ceremony in Downtown Columbus. The ceremony brought together more than 600 business and civic leaders from 50 institutions, and it also recognized more than 100 global scholars diploma graduates from area high schools-prepare to be inspired. MES made its contribution in the event to CCWA’s education program to support and encourage students to pursuing their dreams. Hiten believes success rarely happens without education, and he is always glad that he has an opportunity to make a difference in lives of these students.
