Introducing Metrics Works

As part of our continuous effort to be as responsive and flexible as possible to our customers’ demands, bring value added services and expand our capabilities, we have inaugurated at the end of last year, METRICS WORKS.

For MES Inc. it is very important to perform locally a series of operations that contribute firstly to a reduction in lead time and secondly to an increase in quality and implicitly a reduction of the rework costs that we can pass on to our customers.

Some of the operations performed by the workshop are:

• Store and check samples
• Re-work parts using sand blaster, lathe, drilling press and a 3 axes CNC router
• 3D print prototypes and parts (e.g. quick fixtures)
• Develop gages
• Assemble specific parts (e.g. valves, solenoids)
