If the pandemic taught us anything it’s that there is no “normal”—new or otherwise. Instead, what we have is what, perhaps, we should have had all along: smart, nimble supply strategies that work within a world where everything is subject to change, and anything can happen.

“Our manufacturing supplier cannot deliver zero-defect quality.” This is something we at MES often hear during our meetings with prospective new customers. It’s also one of the biggest obstacles some lighting, transportation, and EV companies have in sourcing their own manufacturing suppliers.

At MES, there’s no such thing as a typical day. Our associates can find themselves in a team brainstorming session, making peanut butter sandwiches to support a local charity, or reverse-engineering a manufactured part for an automotive, lighting, or other customers.
